Check-in Instruction
- Check-in: After 15:00; Check-out: Before 11:00 (for early check-in or late check-out, please inform front office while checking in).
- If early check-in is required before 11:59, an additional day’s room charge will apply. Early check-in between 12:00 and 14:59 incurs an additional fee of NTD$500 per hour, subject to hotel room availability.
- For late check-out after 11:00, a fee of NTD$500 per hour will be charged, subject to hotel room availability.
- It is prohibited to smoke, use drugs and chew betel nuts in and around the hotel.
- Pets are not allowed for stay (except for guide dogs for the blind).
- SUPERIOR DOUBLE ROOM & DELUXE DOUBLE ROOM Providing extra bed (mattress) service.
- Additional guest: All rooms are for 2 persons only (except family rooms, triple rooms). Children from 0–6 years old stay free of charge(maximum of 2 children per room sharing existing bedding).Children aged 7 (inclusive) and above: NT$900 per night.The above fee includes: 1 pillow, 1 blanket, 1 welcome gift, 1 set of towels, and 1 pair of paper slippers.Kindly Note: For children who stay for free without an extra bed, additional amenities and bedding will not be provided in the room.
- Room Amenities Request Policy:
To promote environmental sustainability and maintain our service quality, additional room amenities are subject to the following guidelines:
＊Towels & Slippers: Each room may request up to one additional set (towel and slippers) free of charge.
＊Blankets: Each room may request up to one additional blanket free of charge. Due to limited availability, please inform us or make a reservation in advance; on-site requests will be subject to availability.
＊Pillows: All rooms are standardly equipped with two pillows per person. To ensure optimal comfort and space on the bed, we do not provide additional pillows. - Payment Methods: Accommodation fees can be paid in full via online credit card payment at the time of booking, or upon check-in at the front desk using cash or a credit card. If you have any questions regarding the use of gift vouchers or payment methods, please feel free to contact our front desk staff at any time.
- Identification Required :Upon check-in, please provide your booking reference number and present your physical passport for verification. Please note that digital photos or photocopies of your passport on mobile phones will not be accepted. If valid identification cannot be provided, the hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in without a refund.
- The hotel does not offer sharp objects, including but not limited to knives, scissors, and lighters.
- Due to the limited number of parking spaces, there is no reservations can be made in advance. Please note that it is a first-come first-served basis.
- For your safety, it is prohibited to use any high-power electronic products other than the ones supplied in the room.
- For your safety, do not wear paper slippers into the bathroom.
- To maintain accommodation quality for other guests, it is prohibited to make loud noises after 22:00 every day.
- A cleaning card will be provided above on mini bar in the room. If you need to clean up during your stay, please hang the Please Make Up The Room outside the door before 16:30PM. If you don’t need to clean up, please hang Please Do Not Disturb outside the door.
- If the guest deliberately or by accident damages the hotel equipment and items, the guest shall be responsible for compensation.
- Please do not dispose of any foreign objects such as kitchen waste, toilet paper, sanitary pads, tampons, etc., into the toilet bowl. In the event of deliberate misuse leading to damage, a repair fee of NTD$500 will be charged.
